SisterWolf is the marriage of two groups of Boston area folk singers. Worcester DJ Nick Noble created a group named Wolfpen which consists of everyone he's ever sung with. His friends Sandy Haddon, Kathryn Kaufman and Lori Fassman formed a trio they called Sisters in Song. Sisters in Song invited Nick to join them for an outdoor concert in Concord in the summer of 2016, and SisterWolf was born. Sandy is a stellar songwriter and guitarist; Kathryn ornaments Sandy's original songs and covers with well-crafted harmonica accompaniment, and Lori Fassman does fabulous lead and harmony vocals while playing fiddle, dulcimer and other instruments with ease. Nick Noble’s booming bass voice completes their sound. This year Rebecca Tredeau and Peter Long are scheduled to join the group bringing soaring vocals and percussion.
